"I stayed here while having cancer treatment at a nearby hospital. The room was probably one of the best I've ever stayed in! It was a corner bedroom with great city views! Plenty of space for a wheelchair to move around, shower stool, I could have cried with happiness when I realised we had adjustable beds! They were fantastic, just what I needed. I asked where I could buy milk at the reception desk while checking in. The lovely member of staff disappeared for 30 seconds and reappeared with a litre carton for me. Honestly, it was a great hotel, the only downside was no support bars at the toilet in the room, meant I needed help to get on/off. But still 10/10 for value, cleanliness, amenities etc. This is simply a great hotel. I have already booked for next month!"

"The location, staff and the room where great 😀 However, the gym is very small and has very limited equipment. They also had issue on the last night of my stay - no hot water. The staff handled it well and offered discount on this night, still it is very unpleasant."

"Homeless people screaming outside all night long. Lots of noise- sketchy area. Staff was rude and charged $4 for a cup of hot water!. Tried to make our own tea but the staff said they had to make it and then charged us! "

"My room was very clean and spotless, normally you would see some stains on the bathroom counter or mirrors but not here. The staff was very accommodating of my requests, I arrived earlier than my scheduled arrival time and they manage to get me a room sooner. Breakfast service was amazing and lots of options for everyone. I loved the self serve coffee machine and the number of options for bread was just amazing."

"Rooms were clean, staff on front desk very helpful and breakfast was excellent! Hotel is conveniently located opposite the train station. "

"Spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was excellent - a wide variety of foods for all tastes (including vegan). Very friendly staff."

"Fantastically located walking distance to most sights and easy to get to from the airport by public transport. Breakfast was a good continental buffet but slightly chaotic due to the numbers trying to be seated. Served in the lobby lounge area, dining tables are limited and eating off low lounge tables can be uncomfortable. Not sure I would book breakfast again. "

"Hotel is good location and nice sized rooms just the check in staff are by far the most miserable people you’ll encounter. Barely an acknowledgment or any explanation of facilities. I’m silver Marriott Bonvoy and this is not the same welcome you get across their other hotels. Check in should not feel like an inconvenience for staff when it’s not busy?"
