Just 10 min walk from the train station. Easy walk to river and centre. Hotel road is used by homeless at night time. Hotel staff very welcoming and friendly.

Very good overall - friendly, helpful staff, clean room and great service throughout the stay. Location in terms of proximity to rail station and many other activities is unbeaten. Access to a variety of cuisines in close proximity and quick walk thru the financial district in the afternoons make is a good location. High value for money!!

Handy location near the station. Yes, the area is a bit dodgy but it’s fine. 10 min walk to the start of the centre of town. Nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Only negatives are no safe in the room so you have to take your valuables out with you, and very few channels on the TV (mostly international news channels).

It's close to the station and has good access to the Römerberg area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. There is no refrigerator. The staff are friendly. There are multiple automatic locks, which is very reassuring.

Room/hotel in excellent condition- looks like it’s been renovated recently. Very pleasant , modern room. Staff very friendly. 6-8 min walk from the Central Station, while pulling heavy suitcase. Area around is sketchy though - lots of Arab food establishments, dirty, noisy.

Wasted money on an uber not realizing this location was up the street and around the corner from the main haubtenhopf 😭😭😭😭. I could have walked over . First time In awhile a hairless bathroom. No hair on the sheets. Only issue notice machine wasn’t an issue. Didn’t get to try breakfast too tired to get up on time. Was told it was the usual continental breakfast. Did air out my room daily not sure if out of habit or slowly becoming German. Rooms were quiet only heard noise if windows were open. Location was only 10 minutes walk to the market.

The property itself is great, staff are awesome, room was clean and comfortable but just be aware that the area around the main train station where this hotel is has many homeless people on the streets. We had no problems at all but just so you are aware. It is in a great spot close to train station and not far into the old town either. Would definatelly stay there again.

The hotel's location is great, walking distance to Frankfurt's Main River and famous attractions. I had a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was kind of small and the toilet's flush was behind its lid which was hard to use. (A minor detail) Hotel's parking was full when I arrived, but staff directed me another parking lot immediately. I recommend this value of the price hotel.

Great value and excellent condition

I’m extremely satisfied with our stays at Premier Inn — the whole family is! We are a Swedish family with two children, aged 12 and 14, who made a spontaneous decision to drive from Sweden to Switzerland to watch the European Football Championship. It wasn’t part of our holiday budget, but thanks to the great pricing at Premier Inn, it all worked out — and on top of that, the standard was very high, both in terms of the rooms and the breakfast. We stayed at the Premier Inn hotels in Darmstadt and Frankfurt City Centre, and all four of us were really happy with the experience. Not only affordable, but genuinely great value for money. A big thank you for that!

Had to check out early due to fall and need to get to doctors. Would not refund me my money there were no lights in hall. Could not see where you were going. Reported said they could call them in.no air conditioning! I really need my money. I am senior citizen living off social security. I think that horrible. Also charged us to get in early!
