"The staff here are excellent. They will go out of their way to assist you. We had rooms facing the ocean with big windows and the view is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The rooftop pool and bar are very nice. Pool is heated which is a rare find. The beach is only steps away. Location is good with many restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Indoor parking to keep your car safe. Nice size room and pet friendly which was the best! Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was a little small but good! Great coffee! "

"The location of this hotel is beautiful-right on the cliffs of the ocean. The staff is incredible & attentive and speak fluent English. The breakfast is fresh with fruit juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, bread, scrambled eggs, cured meat and sliced cheese."

"This property was fraud when we got there was no one to help and VRBO tried getting a hold of the host no luck. We were left with no where to stay. VRBO tried helping but since it was during New Years Eve trying to get anything we difficult."

"There was no hot water in the morning. The music from the beach bar blasted until 4am and I didn’t get any sleep."

"We had trouble checking in, and the apartment is in bad condition (mold smell, etc). The area around is safe and there is nearby shopping. The highlight is the terrace of the building, with a great view of Viña and Valparaiso."
