"Good parking on the premises. Breakfast was good although it ends at 9am. Hotel and rooms were edtremely clean and the exercise room is nice as well. The lady who checksd us in was terrific althogh the rest of the feknt desk staff werent too cheerful lol. A few questions we had, and they more or less seemed like answering our questions were a bother. I worked for IHG for years and we always made it a point to staff our frent desk with positive, cheerful, polite individuals. Other than the lady who checked us in, the rest were defiitely not that. Still gave 5 stars though bc everything else was delightful. "

"There was no AC, we had to put it in ourselves. The sheets were disgusting, and the communication with my check-in info was nonexistent. "

"Not exactly as advertised. "Free parking" was actually on the street and required us to park up the hill and carry our things some distance. The room was clean but consisted of a bed with little passage way around it and a tiny bathroom. Advertised self serve food was a vending machine with no food in it ! That said, the host answered my question via text very promptly which I appreciated."

"It was a perfect spot for us during our visit to Philly. The cute extra touches were surprising (in a good way) and funny. Loved it!"
