What a great location. Quiet but close to all the action. Check in girl was unhelpful as was finishing her day. But night reception were lovely.
No one really went out of their way to provide recommendations. Room was clean and comfortable, shower/bathroom very nice.
AI told us to park in a parking station as there were supposed to be parking restrictions but we saw many tourists driving in Segovia. Parking for 12 hrs cost €27!!! I had sent message on Expedia prior to arrival but heard nothing from the hotel.
But the walled city is just so spectacular we really didn’t mind the poor service.
