However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. "The hotel is situated in the quiet suburbs of Zakopane - about half an hour walk to the centre. It has a swimming pool that works from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. The room was big, comfortable, cozy and quiet. We had a nice balcony, too. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful."
