"The friendly, helpful staff made the difference during our stay at this iconic downtown hotel. Kudos to concierge lounge staff Helen and Tweedy; bar server Raoul and of course Doug the doorman. We enjoyed all the extras with the concierge room plus a fabulous dinner in the La Ronde revolving restaurant with server Jason doing a stand-up comedy routine through the evening. Excellent!"

"Well the housekeeper didn’t do my room when I was out all day. I had to ask for fresh towels "

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was great. Our only negatives were the size of the coffee pot and the fact that they only gave you one coffee pouch (technically 2 but one was decaf) there should be a full size coffee pot for a three bedroom suite. And there should be paper towel available, especially if there is only one tea towel. Otherwise this property is amazing and we would stay again. "

"The hotel has been renovated and is OK. The location for people who want to enjoy the very active night life on Whyte should stay here. It is just at the edge of the most active portion, so reasonably quiet but close enough to enjoy. The crowd at night is very young as you would expect. Good location to get to the downtown and many attractions beyond Whyte."
