"This house is very nice and exactly as pictured and described. As long as you don’t mind a tall flight of stairs to get up to the second level, it is a charming place to stay that is a short walk from downtown Charlevoix and Lake Michigan. The house is well-stocked, including laundry supplies. An outdoor grill would be a nice addition. We had a very nice stay here and would stay here again. Thanks for everything!"

"We had a wonderful long weekend here! Parking on the street was so easy, even with events happening downtown over the weekend. Whenever I asked a question, I got a response back within 30 minutes. This cottage was a great find!"

"You cannot beat this location within Charlevoix. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The walk to parking is very short and secure. The place was clean, well stocked, and the king size bed was comfortable. It’s pet friendly which is wonderful, and Charlevoix has a nice dog park a 5 minute drive from downtown Charlevoix. Joan, our host, was a good communicator and we had zero issues during our week-long stay. We will definitely be back."

"Property is going to work on the lack of air. 3 air units were delivered during our stay so you know they are working on it. One of the bedrooms is a walk through so there is a lack of privacy. There are curtains but they don't really work. Maybe heavier ones? Loved the unique architecture and sitting up front looking at the water. Great access to the beach and downtown. Most amazing fireplace!"
Charlevoix Lakeview Home - Sleeps 25!

"This property was amazing for the location and size. Giving everyone their own bathroom was amazing!! Highly recommend. The view from the living room over the water was INCREDIBLE!! The following notes are things we thought could be improved, but I can’t stress enough how charming our trip was and how much we loved having 2 kitchens and other amenities. Our group took no real issue with them but acknowledged a group expecting a luxury experience would’ve been frustrated.That said, if you’re particularly interested in a “perfect” home, this is not that. There’s peeling paints, shoddy install work on some of the fixtures, 2/3 TVs seemed not to work, WiFi was difficult to connect to, and the bbq in the back wasn’t fully functional. The home has lots of quirks (some showers had water pressure, others did not, etc.), but if you’re a group that doesn’t mind those, this is a delightful home."
