Located within the Royal Muskoka Island community, a nearby 35 acre park, where owners and their guests can enjoy exclusive use of the tennis courts and children's play equipment.

PARADISE COVE -level grounds surround the cottage with firepit at the water's edge and multiple entry points for shallow sandy walk-in shoreline. Water depth at the end of the dock approximately 4ft. Dock offers space for 2 loungers and umbrella, boathouse roof top deck with patio table, 4 chairs and umbrella, also 4 loungers with large umbrella.
