Beautiful, open-concept cottage in Muskoka, located 15 feet from shoreline, with a private beach. Large deck with stunning view, BBQ included. Access to shallow and deep water. Parking space for 3 cars. Located 4 km from town centre of Port Carling, The Hub of the Muskoka Lakes. Open concept 1400 square feet recently renovated.Free boat parking on large dock available. Kayaks available for use. Ideal for young families, with Grandparents. Monthly and Seasonal rates also available, please inquire. ldeally we are looking for a couple or family to rent for 4 weeks or the whole summer in which case we will give you a 15 % discount . This cottage and property is a hidden gem and you will love 💕 it. Located in Brackenrig Bay, Southern Exposure all day 🌞 sun. Dock space available for your boat.

We really enjoyed my stay at this lovely cottage.It is well-equipped, comfortable, private, with beautiful and serene views. .

Very comfortable cottage with ample space for the 4 of us. Many old Muskoka touches and a lovely deck to eat all of your meals on during your time up North. The owner was extremely accommodating to our family and 2 very well behaved dogs. The property and dock are shared with the owner, so he is on site for all of your questions/needs during your stay. Ample dock parking space for our 22' boat and suv/trailer on land. Close proximity to Port Carling, quiet bay for a morning paddle and sunset drink on the dock.
