BBQ on deck and picnic table area for outside dining highlighted with with Edison lights. Fire Chiminea lakeside for evening s'mores. Located on the calm waters of a bay in a clean spring fed warm lake with Muskoka rock-line shore. The new floating dock receives full day sun. Canoe & Peddle boat & SUP provided.

Its the Ontario law that when a boat leaves the rental property teach and every occupant of that boat should have a life jacket on.
Noise: The Township noise by-law applies between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. and will be enforced for noises which disturb the peace of other residents.
$15 per bag fee for garbage / recycling left behind in the cottage or in the cans at your departure. Must take garbage to end of driveway.
