"My husband and I wrapped up our two-week vacation in St. Vincent by spending our last three nights at the Holiday Inn & Suites—and it was truly the best decision we could have made. The hotel itself is absolutely wonderful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping deserves a huge round of applause for keeping everything so pristine. One of the highlights of our stay was the full breakfast in the morning—it was top-notch. The staff in the breakfast area were so warm, friendly, and attentive, which made our mornings even better. Rachel at the front desk went above and beyond for us. She helped secure a late check-out and arranged our airport transfer on the day of departure, which we truly appreciated. Her professionalism and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. I don’t mean to sound biased, but I’m incredibly proud of my country and what this hotel represents for St. Vincent. The customer service here is second to none, and the staff are doing an exceptional job. Whether you’re planning to spend your entire trip here or just a few nights, book it—you won’t regret it. We highly recommend Holiday Inn & Suites St. Vincent and would absolutely stay again. Bravo to the entire team. Keep up the amazing work!"

"I love this hotel. The rooms are nice although they are currently renovating some, the food is good and grounds are beautiful filled with fruiting trees, unlike the US. Any challenges you might encounter will be addressed as swiftly as possible. I've already booked for my vakay next year. "

"First I wanted to say thank you to front desk and housekeeping. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. My room had a large patio overlooking the beach which was breathtaking. I wish the room had a small refrigerator. The hotel still needs some work because they were hit by a hurricane. But overall I did enjoy my stay there. The hotel is also walking distance away from food and entertainment. I give them a 8 out of 10 because they still need some upgrades."

"We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful 3-night staycation for a local wedding during Vincymas. The staff is friendly and helpful, bed super comfortable, breakfast and all food (and local juices) was delicious. Great location- including just a short walk to the Botanical Gardens. We loved everything about our stay. The hospitality was phenomenal - with staff sharing some local spices, culinary wisdom and delicacies. So much appreciated! We just extended our stay and look forward to coming back again. "

"Fantastic stay - lovely site, room and facilities. Staff were all helpful and really engaging. If I was to be critical, the pool did not look too clean on occasions and breakfast, whilst a bit samey, was very nice and freshly cooked. Loved our time there."
