"Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal da. Aber es war schon besser. Grundsätzlich ist es immer noch ein super Hotel. Daher schreibe ich nur was diesmal nicht so gut lief. Das Frühstück am Sonntag ist großartig. An den anderen Tagen fehlt aber einiges. Saunatücher sollten am Spabereich verteilt werden. Wir haben für Vier leider nur ein Handtuch bekommen. Aber was leider auch nicht geht, ist das die beiden Ladeplätze für Elektroautos ständig von nicht ladenden Pkws zugeparkt...

"Hotel je velice zastaralý. Před 20 lety byl učitě fajn, ale nyní to je špatné. Jídlo v restauraci málo teplé, než donesete ke stolu, je studené. K večeři si nelze objednat pití. Naprosto nevyhovující časy podávání jídel. Snídaně až od 8 hodin. Horší je to u večeří, ty jsou jen 17-19h. V zimě by to bylo OK, když je v 16h tma, ale v letní sezoně? Také by bylo fajn, kdyby přišel email, že v den příjezdu je večeře jen do 19h. My přijeli v 18.30h a recepční mne ani neupozornila, že se máme jít...

We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though...

"I stayed with my children and we really enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant/bar was great. My boys liked the playroom for kids and table tennis upstairs. Ski storage was big enough to dry our jackets too. The only negative was the size of our room and no TV. Highly recommended."
