"I really like the property and rooms, the pics online dont do it justice. The beds are so firm, next long trip in dar es salaam, I will book for the bed alone. Pleasant surprise room 410 has a great view of the neighborhood and the sunset is ROMANTIC. I love the spacious bathroom with a window. The balcony is cute as well. Its a small room but if you typically just use the room to wind down and sleep, it works perfect. I wasn't able to try the restaurants and breakfast. The marble floors in the common areas are so beautiful. I enjoyed taking the stairs just to enjoy flooring and the windowed stairwell, which is an architectural gem in my opinion. Ok...lastly.... please better train the reception. The young ladies working reception need better training for this classy hotel. Please train them on attentiveness and responsiveness."
