Helped arrange transport, and gave us a discount rate on a room for early check in when we arrived several hours before the time we originally planned. The rooftop restaurant doesn’t look exactly like the photo, but there is a view of the temples in the distance. There was a wide variety of food, both local and international food options. "The restaurant manager is amazing and the chef a most incredible person. I’m vegetarian and he made me the most delicious meals even adapting local cuisine just for me. However the admin is a nightmare, so unorganised and inflexible. Incredibly difficult to get information and our bill was a total mish mash of wrong charges and also left out charges. The gardens are lovely and place is quiet."

"Nice guest house with very happy helpful staff. Offered a choice of rooms the one we chose was spacious clean with a comfy bed and an adequate bathroom. Air con worked fine. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace will keep you going all day. Nice place to sit and chill out as well. Hotel owner very helpful in booking bus tickets to next destination. It's central to most of what you need to see and do in Bagan. Plenty of places to eat a short walk to the end of the road. Recommended."

The location is a bit out of the way but we hired a driver for a reasonable cost. He ended up saving us money as he was able to negotiate "local prices" on everything from t-shirts to beer."

"We had a great stay here. I’m normally not one to take the time to leave reviews, but I have never stayed somewhere with such a genuinely friendly, accommodating staff. Hotel was also very clean and comfortable, easy E-bike ride to Old Bagan (which you can rent from the hotel for a reasonable price). We would definitely stay here again."

"This resort is close to the airport and all the amazing sites of Bagan. It is super easy to rent an e-bike and explore the area. New Bagan is about 20 minutes on the bike, which is about as far as you would probably explore anyways. All the great places to eat are very near the resort as well. You can also just rest at the resort. Their breakfast is great and there is a pool and spa are great."
