The BEST hotel in Mykonos

The most amazing hotel/resort I have ever stayed at. Fantastic service- everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. Two amazing pools and a great beach area. The rooms are pristine and extremely comfortable. Could not recommend more!!!

This was one of the most memorable vacations i’ve had truly due to the extreme genuine friendlyness of the staff. The resort itself is gorgeous and so well maintained. They will truly go up and beyond to ensure you have nothing less than a 5 star experience. There is a daily shuttle to take you into town beginning at 7 pm every hour until midnight that makes exploring Mykonos easy

This is by far one of the best properties I visited. The staff is outstanding, very helpful with many good suggestions about the area, and they do all of these with a big smile. The rooms are great with beautiful view. The property is about 15 mins away from the shops and restaurants, but the hotel provides free hourly shuttles. The beach is also excellent, no need to visit the beach clubs in Mykonos. There is one restaurant at the property with excellent choices. I would highly recommend this property.

This property is amazing and definitely deserves a 5 star rating. All the staffs are extremely helpful and courteous. The house keeping staffs worked hard to keep our room clean and I think they cleaned our room 3 times a day including turn down services. They left special gifts on our nightstand every night. When we arrived, the hotel reception personnel gave us a welcome drink and walked thorough of the property. The restaurant staffs are very friendly and nice to serve us delicious breakfast. Will definitely love to return.

This is by far the best resort I have ever stayed in, and I’m an avid traveler who has been to several. My friend and I went for my birthday and I have to say - the reviews are true - the service is outstanding. Everyone here moves so quickly to accommodate you and make sure you are well taken care of, and don’t even get me started on the wide variety of amenities, the private beach, the food…the ocean view! We received complimentary champagne upon walking in and I got the sweetest handwritten note and bottle of wine (surprise) on my birthday! Bummer we meant to pack the bottle with us and never got to - but overall would definitely come back. Only thing I would say is that the prices for lunch and dinner are very expensive (but this is in Mykonos, that’s what you’d expect.) We also loved that it is far enough from the town to not hear the parties all night, but close enough to where you can get to town in 8-10 minutes by taxi/ car service the reception can call for you. If you’re visiting Mykonos I highly highly recommend this resort be top of your list it’s top rated for a reason!!

But nothing has come close to the level of care, attention, and warmth we received at the Mykonos Grand Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The staff greeted us warmly—offering drinks, candy, and chocolates to our daughters—and personally introduced us to the resort’s amenities and activities. It wasn’t just us; every guest walking through those doors received the same exceptional welcome and service. Our ocean-view room was breathtaking, complete with a beautiful balcony and luxurious outdoor furniture that let us enjoy the views of the hills, the sea, and the stunning pool area. The service throughout—from the lunch and dinner teams, to the breakfast staff, the pool and beach team, and even the beachside food delivery staff—was flawless. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. A special highlight was the spa experience. My wife and I, along with our daughters, had massages two days in a row—and we all agreed they were the best massages we’ve ever had, and we’ve had many around the world. Our stay at Mykonos Grand was incredible! The hotel is spotless, smells amazing, and has such a personal touch. Huge thanks to Maria for making our anniversary so special. Our room was a wow with beautiful terrace and sea view .The spa is gorgeous, the gym is great, and the beach area is perfect. Service and staff were truly impeccable—def great breakfast and food ! we can’t wait to come back!
