We had a fabulous stay at Iconic. Perfect location. Top notch service and responsiveness. Our room was probably the most privacy you’re going to get in any of the caldera facing villages (it does make a difference where you stay in this and every other property about relates to privacy). Artistea at the front desk was so helpful. Would highly recommend!

The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The owner of this family run resort is very friendly and made us feel very welcome and like family. The Spa services were exceptional.
