Thank you for an amazing stay at Paola’s. The staff was kind. The hotel manager, Maria is the best! She is the kindest person and so attentive to our family, always checking in to make sure our stay was perfect.

First appearance of property is nice. Front check in staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Pool staff also very attentive. Ask for a room not facing the road, very load with cars and bikes. Once given room key, things seem to go bad. Roller blind - broken, holes in blind and didn’t roll up. Air condition - broken not working. Air conditioning throughout whole property and all rooms was not working. It seems reading other reviews air con hasn’t been working for weeks possibly months. Before booking make contact hotel to ensure air con is fixed. We were taking to locals they mentioned air con has been broken 12 months. We were given a fan to help with the heat in the room but it became unbearable and the hotel moved us to their sister hotel. The sister hotel was extremely apologetic when we arrived. No apologies, not even water or drink even a reduction cost from Paola Hotel. A big massive thank you to Kosta from Akkadian Hotel for making our stay amazing!! He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Everyone was super inviting and the reception desk was helpful in getting transportation. Christina gave a wonderful service and was very kind! The view from my room showed a gorgeous view of Mykonos and a wonderful sunset!

Would definitely stay again!

It was very easy to find. My room was very comfortable, waking up to a beautiful view! The front desk were kind enough to bring my suitcase up the many stairs to my room which was lovely since I had been travelling for 18 hours. The room was clean, the bed was perfect, there was fresh fruit in the room, and complimentary water in the fridge. The breakfast in the morning had enough options for my vegetarian needs.

Great hotel - be aware of location

We had a great stay at Paolas. The room we had was great, pool area very nice and value at pool bar excellent. Breakfast was really good, hence another plus. The help from Dimitra in planning activities and restaurant reservations was excellent as well. Only downside is location next to a rather busy road. When at the pool you are also next to a busy road. Also the walk down to Chora (Mykonos Town) was a bit challenging at times, especially before sunset, hence be aware of that too. All in all a great hotel - good value - hence will definitely co decor staying there again.

Nos chegamos pela manhã e fomos direto para a praia quando retornamos as 16h (uma hora após o horário de check in) o quarto não estava pronto e nos informaram que não havia previsão, depois de discutirmos nos liberaram entrar no quarto porem Não havia roupa de cama ou toalhas e precisávamos nos arrumar para um conpromisso, no dia seguinte se repetiu na piscina o episódio de não haver toalhas limpas disponíveis, o serviço de Transfer que contratamos ida e volta na recepção também não nos atendeu ou respondeu mensagens e tivemos que achar outro meio de ir embora. Eu fiquei dois anos atrás nesse hotel e foi outra experiência, decaiu demais

Oltre alle incomprensioni sul trasferimento porto - hotel (comunque caro se paragonato al taxi, 30 euro vs. 15) e al non funzionamento della luce in bagno (aggiustata la sera successiva al primo avviso a seguito delle ripetute segnalazioni) rendo attenti sulla posizione non comoda (15 minuti a piedi, ma in salita decisamente ripida e priva di marciapiedi) e sulla colazione scarsa e ripetitiva. Non ci tornerei.
