Royal Gem by Mykonos (Super Clean Pool Maisonette)

This luxurious maisonette (57 sq.m) is located in Kalafatis area in one of the most beautiful condos in Mykonos, only 200m from the wonderful Kalafatis beach, 300m from stunning Aghia Anna beach and 20 mins driving to Mykonos town.
The condo consists of 20 independent properties sharing a large pool (12m X 6m).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Kindly note that the pool is fully operational and suitable for swimming the period between: 1ST JUNE TO 15TH SEPTEMBER.


The maisonette consists of:
The ground floor (pool floor) includes a sitting room with a build-in sofa, a dinning glass table, a double built-in bed, a kitchen and a bathroom.
In the 1st floor there is the bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
Both beds are equipped with luxurious independent spring mattresses and all the pillows are memory-foam for a very comfortable sleep.
Outside the 1st floor (bedroom), there is a large private terrace viewing to the amazing sea of Kalafatis.

Kalafatis Area:
The place is a wonderful spot for relaxing holidays for families and couples, with wonderful Kalafatis beach only 200m from the house and stunning Aghia Anna only 300m.
In the area there are 4 Restaurants (1 Italian, 2 Fish Restaurants and 1 Greek Tevern) serving a big variety of quality food and proving amazing view to the sea.
Kalafatis beach also is very famous for water sport activities where you can rent wind-surfing, stand up paddling, wakeboarding, sea kayaking as well as scuba diving equipment.
