Villa Highlights

'Panormos Villas Collection' is comprised of 2 detached villas (Villa
Almira and Villa Liakada) situated within private grounds. Guests have
exclusive access to 2 private swimming pools, making it an ideal
retreat for large groups who wish to stay together. With a total
capacity to accommodate up to 13 guests, these detached villas offer
the perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces for a memorable
vacation.

Living Room
Every villa in the Collection is fitted with an air-conditioned lounge,
complete with a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, TV and Free
Wi-Fi.
Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, offering guests the
opportunity to relax and soak up the sun's rays in comfort and style,
while enjoying stunning garden sea views.

Kitchen
Each villa within the collection is accompanied by a fully equipped
kitchen, complete with air conditioning and an array of appliances,
including a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher,
microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
Furthermore, each villa boasts an outdoor barbecue, providing the
perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Panormos Villas Collection has 6 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 5 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 6 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Additional bed available: 1 Single Sofa Bed.

Panormos Villas Collection has 5 Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 (Family Bathroom) bath with W/C. Bathroom 2 (Family
Bathroom) bath with W/C. Bathroom 3 (Family Bathroom) has shower and
W/C. Bathroom 4 (Family Bathroom) bath with W/C. Bathroom 5 (Family
Bathroom) has shower and W/C.

All the Villas in this Collection have their own Private Pool:
Villa Almira has a Private Pool, Width : 5.0m Length : 7.0m | Depth
Deep End : 1.40m, Depth Shallow End : 1.20m.
Villa Liakada has a Private Pool, Width : 5.0m Length : 7.0m | Depth
Deep End : 1.40m, Depth Shallow End : 1.20m.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
