It was clean (no shoes, tatami mats everywhere), quiet rooms and nicely laid out (missing heated toilet seats) big room for Japan standards . Love the treats after onsen experience (ice cream and noodles). App staff we encourage there’s were very helpful and pleasant."

"The room was a bit small but doable for two people staying for a week or so. The bunk beds were actually quite big and stable. I enjoyed that everyday they gave us new towels to use and were so helpful. Everyone including staff and cleaners were so accommodating and very sweet. It's close to the station so it's quite convenient to go to the mall, train station, and etc. I reccomed this as your stay...it's affordable and great. "
