During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Just a little suggestions

The room was dirty and old.We was very surprised how the room was. The bathroom was very dirty and the kitchen was nasty, the side of refrigerator and microwave was horrible. Food bag left on tv . Very disappointed in the room. ROOM NEED A DEEP CLEAN AND REPLACE THE OLD RUSTED LIGHTS AND OLD BEDS

Not what I expected

Unit needs a lot of repair & cleaning done on it. Full overhaul. There is a lot of rust & mold in this unit. The closet doors hardly work due to rust & cheaply made, dust ruffles around beds are torn & molded. Everywhere you look you can see mold on walls, the drapes etc. Very dangerous for someone allergic to mold. Beds were hard & very uncomfortable & squeaky. Bedspreads also had stains & mold on them. To many in hot tubs & towels, diapers, cups etc. still laying at pool areas the next morning at 10am. No one cleaning at pool area the mornings we were there. The hot tubs full of sand & seemed to only have chlorine poured in them instead of actually being cleaned. One of them inside was foaming like it had bubble bath in it. So not sure what had been added to it. Ice machine on 10th floor (our floor) did not work nor did the ice maker in refrigerator work. The coffee pot even has rust on it...

Great location, but not clean.

I loved the balcony, the location, and the amenities. The room itself was not clean. Stuff on the floor, a hairball in the bathroom, silverware not cleaned, etc. It was enough to reach out to the owners. They responded quickly and sent someone up to clean the floors. They also gave me back my cleaning fee, which was a nice gesture. The communication was the reason of the 4 stars, the not clean room made me uneasy, but I wasn't in it for long so I got over it. The public areas, including the pool, looked clean. The elevators were slow, but they were busy, so I understood. Not sure if I'd stay here again, the views from the balcony and the responses from the owners might get me to come back.

Great location

Everything was great. Loved the location how it wasn’t too close to everything but we could walk out to the beach and clean off and take a dip in the pool directly after. Beds weren’t super comfortable but everything else was great. Clean and convenient. Parking was just across the street in the parking garage as well. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and we loved the balcony with the ocean view as well. Will be staying again!

Everything was good, except there was a problem with moisture. There were small amounts of water seeping through the floor from the door to the beds. I reported the issue, and the issue improved. However, it was not completely resolved. Other than that, everything was great.

Pros&Cons

The room was nice. Loved the balcony. Great view. Comfortable bed. Stove/Oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator. Coffee maker needs replaced. The sofa chair in the room was stained and dirty and needs to be thrown out. My fiancee and I had to track down and kill a huge roach that was running thru our room. Really don't understand why the balcony doors don't have a screen. I wanted to leave the balcony door open and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the breeze, but the lack of a screen allowed insects including a huge spider and possibly the roach a little to close for comfort. The elevators during check in and check out especially are packed. Long wait times and elevators packed shoulder to shoulder make the elevator situation a definite negative mark. Staff was friendly. Wasn't a fan of the pools closing at 11

Ok.....

The room itself was ok. Loved the balcony. However I was not pleased with the parking and ROACHES. The parking garage is across the street and is extremely tight. If you have a huge suv, forget it. The bathroom and kitchen area had a huge roach problem. Be prepared to shake your items and send them straight to the washer once you get home.
