Enjoy your stay at our 18th-floor oceanfront condo located at the Anderson Ocean Club and Spa. The condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that can sleep up to 6 people. The oceanfront balcony provides a beautiful view of the Grand Strand. Enjoy walking along the beach to explore shops, restaurants, and many activities along Ocean Blvd.

The master bedroom offers guests a king bed with an oceanfront balcony that connects to the front balcony. The second bedroom has two full-size beds with its ocean view balcony. Other features are a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Guests have access to the fitness center, mini golf course, and outdoor and indoor pools. Parking is located in the parking structure behind the mini golf course in front of the hotel.

Keyless Entry
The main door has a digital lock and the access code will be provided via message 5 minutes before check-in.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT AC UNIT: If the AC is on, DO NOT leave the sliding doors open. It will cause the AC to not work properly due to the humidity.

Wonderful Getaway

I loved this property, it felt just like home. Parking is less than ideal (not the host’s fault) but the stay was wonderful. The home provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The next time we visit the beach, I’ll definitely be checking for this rental property first.

Week at the Car Show

Our stay was wonderful. My husband had recently had a liver transplant and the staff .... even though we didn't rent through Anderson ... was amazing and so accommodating. We've stayed here in the same room for several years and have always been pleased, but this was the best trip ever!

Comfortable and relaxing

The condo was exactly how it was presented online in the pictures. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. The wrap around balcony was our favorite place to sit and look at the beach and ocean.

Very clean and had everything we needed. My mother is handicapped and they gave us free valet parking for her which was great! The condo was well equipped. The beach chairs and bag in the closet was a very nice surprise.

Beautiful property!

The views are amazing and the deck did not disappoint! The property was clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. My husband, 21 year old daughter and I just loved it. Description online is accurate and exactly how it looked. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to visit here again!

We received an email notifying us our unit was ready early and we could go ahead and check in. We arrived to an immaculate unit that was very well supplied with anything you need for a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit.

Great views!

We had a great time! The Balcony was really nice! There’s 3 different spots to enjoy. The owners were really nice to have extra things in kitchen such as coffee, salt, pepper extra! They even had soap and personal bath products just in case you forgot. The beds were comfy! The only things I would suggest is new shower curtains, shower heads .

Beautiful views

This is a beautiful condo with plenty of room for my group of four. The place was spotless and every piece of furniture and bedding was very clean. All appliances worked perfectly. The only negative was that we couldn’t stay longer. We were in town for a Coastal Carolina University event, the school was only a 25 minute drive from the condo. Great location

Amazing condo + Amazing owners = Amazing Vacation

This was our 1st VRBO rental for vacation, We chose this condo because it is in the Anderson Ocean Spa Club building, my husband and I had enjoyed our stay there in previous years.The balcony views for this unit are breath taking, especially at sunrise. The condo had no odors, was super clean and provided many extras that I had not expected. Communication and service from the owners was impeccable, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for providing an amazing place for my family and I to vacation in comfort. You're awesome!

Beautiful home away from home

The condo was beautiful and just as described. It was very clean and accommodating. When we did have an issue during our stay, the owner was very prompt and helpful. The hotel itself is also very clean and comfortable. However, the check in and check out process was a little tedious as the staff do not wish to help because this particular rental is privately owned and not hotel owned. Because of this, we were unable to obtain a cart or get assistance and had to make multiple trips to be able to carry our belongings.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness

I have a huge pet peeve of traveling and not experiencing clean properyties or properly kept properties as well as especially the bathroom and bathroom shower and tub. Therefore when I come across properties that checks all of my boxes it makes a huge difference!! The property manager was very commutative and always promptly responded which means a lot. The property was even ready early! Easy check in and easy checkout. I did discover since we needed ADA parking that it is free near the building and also constitutes for free valet parking which was awesome for my mom!! Thanks again will definitely come back soon.
