You and your guests will enjoy spectacular, sweeping views of the sparkling blue ocean and pristine beach. Visible from the living area, master bedroom and the over-sized balcony are miles of shoreline that stretches from the northern-most end of the Grand Strand and south to Myrtle Beach and beyond! Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, sauna, a state-of-the art fitness center, relax at the seasonal tiki bar and more!
Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy.
Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on the property.
Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age.
Code to the parking garage and building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival. Parking in the garage is limited to the 2nd through 4th level. Only high top vehicles that cannot make it up the ramp to the 2nd level are permitted on the ground level. Anyone parking on ground level not in a high top vehicle is subject to be fined and/or towed by the HOA.

We have not been to MB in 10 plus years. We were looking for a place that was clean, child friendly and in an excellent location. This place didn't disappoint.

The place was nice and clean. Poolside tiki bar was a plus! The condo had everything you could need for the perfect beach trip.
