Overall, my stay at Grand Shores was very nice. The property is clean and comfortable, though it could use some updating in certain areas. The staff, however, were incredibly kind and accommodating. When I requested to move to a more modern room, they handled it quickly and professionally. Their service really made the difference and made my stay enjoyable.

The location of this property is great! We liked how close everything is and a walking distance to the ocean. We like the pools and all other accommodations. The condominium was clean but old. We still felt comfortable and had everything what we needed.

Breakfast is regular hotel hot breakfast.. they charge almost $15 per personnot including tax or drink. Have pools, hot tubs. Oceanfront, walkable places, family vibes. Overall really cool, chill place. Parking included with your stay. Will definitely be returning. Oh, full kitchen, could use more utensils, but i got the job done! Bonus is the almost wrap around balcony with the condos.

Just visiting for 1 night... Room on 11th Floor, nice views of ocean, and the nearby neighborhood. Room was clean and comfortable, pleasant smell, refrigerator, appliances, etc. Would stay there again!

Great stay. Staff was friendly. Room fit our needs perfectly. Right by the beach with plenty of sleeping space for our family. Would absolutely stay here again next time in MB. (Only possible downside is the parking garage. A little tight to navigate. But take it slow, you get used to it.)

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time at this property and I’m really looking into booking with them again. It was so quiet no one was up making lots of noise all night. Highly recommend this property

I had recently booked a reservation for 3 nights. As it got closer to our trip we decided to stay for another night. Because it was within a week of our trip, it was too late for me to change my reservation so I made a second reservation. I messaged the hotel to let them know that they would see two reservations under my name. They messaged me back within 24 hours stating that they were able to move things around and that I would be able to stay in the same room the entire stay, which was awesome! We checked in late at night and the two women there were both very friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised by our room. It was spotless, and larger than expected. We were able to see the beach from our room. The hotel has multiple pools to choose from and easy access to the beach. Parking garage on site and close to elevators was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will look to stay here again in the future!

Would consider this a good option for a budget hotel. Couple issues with check-in. Came in early and did a ‘soft check in’. Never received text when room was ready. Called at 4:00 and room was still not ready. Went back to Lobby at 5:00 (had to wait in a long line again) and room was ready and she was able to give me a room number. Staff was always very polite and friendly. Room and furnishings were dated, painted recently. Shower was relatively new and clean. Bed was average. Bedding and pillows were not great. Fridge, Microwave, Oben worked well. We were 2 rooms over from the elevators so we heard elevator noise late at night, early in the morning. Partial Ocean View was great from balcony. Easy beach access. Clean restroom accessible only by room key on the first floor so you didn’t have to go up to room when on the beach. Elevators were good. Did not have to wait a long time for them. Parking garage could be a bit tricky during busy times.

Family vacay with a bad park job

The parking garage at this location is the absolute worst. The spots are so tight you cannot get in and out of your car and often have to fight for a spot if you return later in the evening. There is only one way in and out so you often had to back up if someone else was attempting to come up on the same floor you were attempting to go down. The two bedroom condo we stay in was decent but the cable to the tv was missing to mirror your phone which was a great idea in theory but the hotel said they had no extra on hand for the tv in the living room. The bathroom door in the master suite was coming apart and didn’t close. The tv in the master was also the smallest tv in the condo. They had a little area set up outside to play cornhole and connect 4 but didn’t have the bags for cornhole so while we waited 4 1/2 hours for our room to be ready we just ended up sitting there. The kids ended up using the pool. Overall not a bad hotel but for the price it could have been much better.
