Food and drinks in the restaurant were very limited and pricey. Was suppose to have daily housekeeping, nope. Staff was not the best.
This hotel was very accommodating and clean (especially for a beach hotel). Our room was wonderful. We opted for a King Oceanview and it did not disappoint.
Hampton Inn is usually our go to for short stay vacation. This Hampton Inn was dirty. Lobby was taken care of but the rooms were dirty. We say one maid the entire 3 nights we were there. She left towels on our second day but didn’t makeup our bed. The rugs were dirty, didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. The hallway was even dirtier. No cleaning happening on the room floors, only in the lobby. Garbage all over the parking structure. We pay $800 for 3 nights, overpriced for sure. We regret staying here. Front desk staff were very friendly but not enough for the price we paid.

We only stayed here for one night. The hotel is beginning to show its age a little bit. However, the check-in staff was extremely friendly. The view on the ocean front side is beautiful and overall we had a good stay. Location is great. It’s right on the south end of the strip. So it’s close enough to walk and get to everything but it’s not where all of the people are hanging out all night.
Had a problem getting to the hotel, talked to Randy at the front desk when we arrived, he was Great.
Very nice stay , friendly staff.

We were unaware of the $15 a day parking charge.
The carpeting in our room was disgusting. Many stains; smell of urine and a musty odor. Cold water coming out of the hot water faucet in the bathroom. Silly wrist bands for breakfast and pool use, which we didn't see one person wearing. Staff was pleasant. Location was ok.

There was no restaurant as advertised and literally no where to get a drink other than a food truck by the pool that closed at 4. Also no where to get anything to eat. The staff was unaccommodating and seemed irritated to be at work. There was advertised 2 hot tubs and 3 pools. 1 hot tub was out of service and roped off with caution tape which was very attractive, the other was leaking and had to be closed while we were there. That also closed one whole side of elevators. The other elevators had issues with knocking everyone's floor selections off when it hit the 3rd floor. That was a nice touch. I rode the elevator 3 times to get to my floor upon arrival, a nice touch. We had to listed to jack hammering for the only day we were there in the parking deck.

I always use this hotel, but this trip, couldn't enjoy using the balcony because someone above us was smoking cigarettes and marijuana, told the night attendant nothing was done, so had to keeptbalcony door closed,

We booked an ocean front queen room for our anniversary weekend. One of the main reasons I picked this property over others in the area was the hot tub. We were not able to use the hot tub not even once in 3 days. It was always full of children. The kids (10 on average) were there from opening until 10 PM closing. Since the temperatures were in the 60s, most of the kids played in the hot tub instead of the kid’s pool or the lazy rivers. The elevators took a few minutes and are shared with staff and cleaning carts. There’s only one breakfast area for 2 gigantic buildings and always had a long line unless you came before 7AM. The property is undergoing renovations and is becoming beautiful and classy. The rooms are tastefully decorated and overall clean, except the bathtub which had previous guest’s hair. The spout had a constant leak and the shampoo and shower gel containers were empty. The desk staff were kind enough to provide us with small sized shampoos and gels. The balcony and chairs were clean and well kept. The view from the 7th floor was perfect. We were in a room that had an adjoining door to the next room, so we could hear all of their conversations up to midnight. The TV should have a white noise channel to help drown noises. Overall I feel that I overpaid for this stay.
The room was not what I paid for. The pool was not really inside so the kids did not get to enjoy it. They gave us double beds as asked for but no kitchen nor living room as shown when we reserved.
I arrived earlier than my check in and was very tired. The young man working at the front desk was amazing. He found a room that was ready and allowed me to check into that one. I was very Happy because I just wanted to shower and get into bed. He was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me.My stay was great and I look forward to coming back again.
The property is undergoing some renovations, but it was very clean, the staff was super friendly and all areas are wheel chair accessible. We enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointing stay in what was a long weekend vacation for my wife and I. We have stayed at other Hampton Inn locations previously before and expected it would be a good fit. Our entry was delayed by hours after arrival because room was not ready . Our request to transfer from a ‘box room’ / small room with no view to one with a view of beach could not be accommodated because we had booked through a 3rd party , even though we wanted to pay the difference . Housekeeping should have been every other day but was not facilitated until day 4 when we went to front desk and requested directly. We placed a request for an early morning call on day of departure which was not received . Construction was on going in ground floor and pool area which was noisy. Overall it was a really poor customer service experience. The dining room staff and food were excellency. The hotel over all was in a beautiful location and was well presented .But the experience on matters outlined left a bad taste and we would not be recommending. It felt that because we had booked through Expedia we were 2nd class citizens .
The front desk attendant told me that it is not safe to walk to the nearest restaurant that’s 3/4 mile away. The carpet in the room was stained and the police were called to the property next door at 5:00 am. Breakfast was very good and the area was clean. Easy access to the beach and the pools will be nice after construction has them opened again

Possibility of construction noise not posted on website. Was placed in a room with major noise, staff did move me but then little drilling noises all day even in that room. Walking to and from garage a STRONG, toxic odor from huge room they were building. Had to hold my breath as I passed through. I was there for 5 days. It was miserable.
The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The room cl an and well stocked with what we needed. The breakfast was delicious! We had an ocean front view and hat was simply amazing!!

Great hotel. Superb oceanfront room with a great view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent morning breakfast. They had some construction/remodeling going on which meant the indoor pool was not accessible. That was my only issue.
