  • Fit for the King & Queen. This lavishly Furnished 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo features a King in the primary bedroom. Private Master Bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. Guest rooms feature 2 Queen beds in each room. One with a private bath and the other with a bath across the hall. The facility offers indoor pool with child area, outdoor pool, outdoor lazy river, outdoor hot tub, titki bar and exercise room. Fully equipped kitchen to feed your clan or explore the vast bounty of local fare
    Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy.

    Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on the property.

    Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age.

    Code to the parking garage and building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival. Parking in the garage is limited to the 2nd through 4th level. Only high top vehicles that cannot make it up the ramp to the 2nd level are permitted on the ground level. Anyone parking on ground level not in a high top vehicle is subject to be fined and/or towed by the HOA.
