This 1bd/1ba condo has been recently renovated. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this elegant condo at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates 4 guests with 1 queen and 1 sleeper sofa.

This 2nd floor unit (sorry no elevator) is only 1/2 a mile from the beach and features a screened in porch overlooking the natural saltwater marsh. This beautifully renovated unit has all new flooring, furniture and an updated fully stocked kitchen. For your convenience there is a flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi and in-unit washer & dryer.

Located in the popular Shore Drive section of the Grand Strand, Dunes Pointe provides you with a great place to experience a Myrtle Beach vacation. It is surrounded by a salt water marsh & fresh water lakes and is only 1/2 a mile from the beach. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, BBQ area, tennis courts and free parking. Renters are not permitted to have golf carts on-site.
