STAY AWAY FROM BIG FISH RENTALS AT ALL COST
Avoid Sea Mist and anything from Big Fish Rentals altogether. Here’s why:
They were supposed to be Internet in the room but when I arrived that was not the case and I was told to go out in the hallway to access internet. Later that night I realized streaming platforms were working and there was Internet in the room but they denied it. When I sent pictures of the TV connected to the internet, they stopped replying to me.
On Saturday afternoon the whole building lost water and they did nothing to help the situation. We couldn’t use any sinks or flush the toilet. This lasted through Monday morning and they couldn’t provide another room in any of their many buildings. They also have no bathrooms anywhere to use in the lobby or elsewhere and when I asked about flushing the toilet they stopped replying. I had to change my flight to leave a day early.
Not only did they overpromise and under deliver but they did little to nothing to help the situation.
Lastly, make sure you read the email they sent you when you check in because it is a few pages long with an up charge for almost everything. Your trip can easily cost 50% more without knowing why.
