Love the Balcony!!!

Love it!! We have stayed here twice. The first time was just amazing. The second time we had 1 problem. The maintenance guy came in our room without permission. Apparently they were supposed to spray for bugs, but no one told us. We were enjoying our balcony view when all the sudden someone is in our room screaming the word "maintenance". We felt very violated.

Dirty old place, where owners do not care.

Place dirty, needed painting, lamp with exposed wires, fan was filthy, dirty old run, old crt tv in bed room, lights burned out in kitchen and microwave owners want top dollar for old dirty place and couldn’t care.

Chill spot on the beach

It’s not the newest, most modern condo. It has what you need to relax for the week or in a good location. At the end of the beach with quick access to the parking garage. Plenty of local stuff to do or keep to yourself.

Needs major maintenance and updating.

The property was sufficient but not desirable. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The furnture in the den was uncomfortable and shoddy. The bedroom was extremely tight due to an oversized cabinet unit in it. The bedroom lighting was minimal. My husband tighten the screws on the doorknob and deadbolt as they were both loose and did not provide adequate security in my opinion. I would not recommend this unit to anyone until major maintenance and updating was done. The realty company was very helpful but may want to consider listing it at a much lower price because of its deficiencies.

Great location. Love Cherry Grove. Property is good for probably 2 people. It needs some updating.
