2nd floor+elevator. Cozy studio, across from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 guests (recommended for 2 adults and 2 kids). Located close to ocean boulevard, beach and all main attractions.

The Space:
2nd floor+elevator, efficiency unit, 1 bathroom, AC, flat screen TV, 1 king bed and pullout sofa. Sheets and linens provided.
*Pool access with wristbands
*Kitchenette equipped with all basics to prepare light meals
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Only 1 parking spot available.
