Informed staff television was broke(screen was cracked with no picture)We stayed 3 nights so asked about the TV the next day. No one seemed to care enough to try to resolve it so I never mentioned the broken hair dryer and coffee pot that did not work. We did get clean towels when we asked for them so I am thankful for that.

They had no communication. I called to have the room cleaned and no one came. Had to call and tell them there was blood on the sheets before someone came to change them. That was five days after we got there. Then I went down to desk to ask them to clean the sheets and room. No one came. So I called and they said I didn't require the room to be cleaned. That's not true. There was blood on the floor since the second day we were there. I washed it up two times. The property was nice. But the gym was close as the breakfast room was closed also. Disappointed.

Great views from 15th floor; a kitchenette if i wanted to use it, very private balcony; really nice shower with instant hot water. Negatives: no tea bags; no included breakfasts.

Love the convenience of this property being right on the beach. I did not like the fact that the property is outdated. Could definitely use some renovations. The corners of the chairs and the walls have dust. It has a worn look to all the furniture but the actual sheets and towels were clean.

When booking, this hotel looked amazing! The rooms were updated and clean. But when I came into my room, it was a complete shock to how different it looked in person versus online. There was rust everywhere(on lamps, shelves, etc). The floor was inflating. Plus my room key card barely worked, it very difficult to get into the room and even when it would light up green, it still wouldn’t open. I took pictures to make sure I had evidence to show them how much of a disappointment the room was.

The location and ocean view was excellent! The overall accomodations just need some TLC, building is showing it's age and needs to remodel the rooms. We had several issues within the room but the major ones were handled immediately (no power in room). I advised the front desk representative the one dresser drawer was broken and the head board.

The only positive experience was the staff was very friendly. I encountered multiple people and they were available and they helped. Also the heated pool was extremely hot. So Yes they had a heated pool but more like a boiling pot for lobsters. The maintenance man looked at it and agreed that the water was way too hot and lowered the temperature. The building is very old. The room is very dirty. I had an article fall under the bed and when I looked underneath to get it, it was completely disgusting. The floors in the room wasn’t clean. The room was advertised as having a kitchenette. It had a microwave and a refrigerator. There once was a stove bc there was a plug and a hole in the floor where it once was. The railing was a little shaky. The building was crumbling when we looked up from the pool and realized it was our room where it was cracked, we didn’t spend a lot of time on the balcony. When the AC came on it smelled like weed. I would not recommend staying here.

The most annoying thing about our stay was that our key cards stopped working several times a day. Very frustrating and inconvenient. The little tiki hut has reasonable prices until they slam you with additional charges. We had to change our first room because it was just gross. Second room was fine, but just fine. No soap… only shampoo n lotion. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is far from boardwalk and attractions so be prepared to drive everywhere. We did enjoy our stay and relaxing by the pools and ocean. If you want quiet go down by lazy river.

The overall experience was ok. I enjoyed the view, room size, and location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone was very pleasant. The property is dated and the maintenance people played loud music in front of our door. The indoor pool area does not look clean. I would not stay again.

Service desk staff were great but we had to come to the service desk for toilet paper and towels. I feel like those should be restocked everyday in the room but everything else was nice.

Not what i was expecting, arrived at 5pm and had to wait till 8:45pm to check in with my family, because no rooms were ready. Our room was not cleaned as expected floor not sweep or mopped good. Food leftover still in stove from who knows when and counter dirty. Old refrigerator. Hallway carpet very dirty and very bad looking. trash all over. Definitely this hotel needs a completely renovation as soonas possible. Staff was nice and did what they can to help.

We stayed for 6 nights, not once was our room cleaned, sheets or towels changed. I asked reception 2 times about housekeeping and they informed the room would be cleaned and items like coffee and toilet paper would be replenished. The entire hallway was filled with garbage because that was the only way that housekeeping would take the garbage out from the rooms. The indoor pool was closed most days, lack of maintenance and cleanliness was noticeable. The renovated rooms description was absolutely the handyman special, putting coats of paint to hide the old.

The room layout not as advertised. Multiple lights and fixtures did not work. Advertised 2 tvs in room had 3 but only 1 worked. Damage to door going into kitchen and finish coming off the cabinets. Shower head was broke and could not adjust and 2 cracks in tub. Mold was behind murphy bed and rrd stains on bed and carpet. Indoor pool was closed and green due to a filtration part on order. Had to request for kitchen utensils, pots and pan which took 2 nights and same thing with towels. No notification that we would be out of hot water. Do not think I will go back to this facility.

Very dirty bathroom had cigarette burns on counter and tub. Towels were dirty. Beds uncomfortable Beach showers didn’t work. Resort wasn't marked on the beach entrance i got in a rip tide current and ended up 5 resorts from ours. No breakfast or coffee. Nobody at front desk or to answer the phone.

Our check in was delayed due to rooms not being ready but the front desk lady was very helpful and was able to check in within the next hour my very next day I got locked out of my room three times and the mail receptionist was very rude and argumentative because he was having a hard time trying to check in several guys. I’m assuming to not being experienced but he was very rude, the same lady that we had the first night at the receptions was able to help me check out and was able to get us refunded some parts of our deposit due to the troubles. We had the first day. The hotel is an older hotel. . The area was nice. The property is under going renovations. The indoor pool and restaurant was closed the entire time for renovations or upkeep. The staff was friendly. The halls and doors would get littered with flyers for nearby restaurants. Even though they said no pets, people had dogs (not service animals). We found a sea star, sharks teeth, and several shells right in front of the hotel. It is very convenient to be on beach. They have 3 fire tables to enjoy in the evening. The beds were decent. We needed and used a handicapped room. There aren’t very many available overall. It would have been nice to know that there wouldn’t be breakfast prior so we could have planned on it but no biggie.

Strong Smell of marijuana, rooms are old and outdated, Couch full of cigarette stains and looked unsanitary.( we did NOT sit on it). Pools and hot tub water Murky and full of floating disgusting human debris. Elevators look like it was an elevator in the projects of the Bronx. Nasty, smelly and urine stained. Was NOT worth the $500 we paid for 2 night stay. Upside Nice view of the beach!

I found check in to be super easy. I wasn’t aware of any other fees except the resort fees before checking in. There is a $25/day incident fee due at check in as well. It was returned upon check out. Walking to the room it immediately smelt like weed and the hallway was dirty. Entering the room, it was outdated. The shower seemed only thing to be updated, but the fixtures could be cleaned better. The beds weren’t the most comfortable and pillows were small/flat for my liking. I brought one of my own. The air conditioning worked well, but the outside of it (on balcony) was falling apart. Flooring of balcony was chipped and the furniture on the balcony was flimsy. The first night the room next to me was partying and way too loud keeping me up until about 2am. No one came to tell them to quiet down at all. I could smell weed consistently through the room whether people were smoking beside me or below me or on the balcony next to me. We had no smoke detector in our room. It was tore from the wall. The best thing about the hotel was the view and access to the beach. Water to wash feet off did not work either. So had to have sandy shoes all the way to the room. The outdoor seating was awesome with loungers, egg chairs, and fire pits. Overall if you don’t mind the hotel being outdated indoors and multiple people smoking weed on the property, then it’s a nice, affordable place. Would book again, but wouldn’t be my first option at MB.

This place was really dated! The lobby was ok and the employees in registration were polite. The hallways and elevators were not clean at all. At first glance our room seemed ok but upon closer inspection it had not been cleaned well! Did it myself. No one checked in with us for anything. We had to go get our coffee, towels, etc. it was very noisy at night people coming and going! The inside pool had lots of kids not following rules! Splashing, diving and yelling! The outside pool area was nice and good access to the beach. I really feel they were not sufficiently staffed with a great staff!
