Unit 1203 Mar Vista Grande Oceanfront Resort. STUNNING 3 BR, 3 BA -Sleeps 8.

Our 12th floor condo is located in the Four Diamond, AAA ocean front Mar Vista Grande Resort in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This is an OCEAN VIEW unit (but a FABULOUS ocean view) that is 1699 sq ft including a 225 sq ft balcony. This unit is owned by the original owners and has never been rented before 2021. The kitchen has new (2021) stainless appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile floors and is fully equipped. In the den is leather Lazy Boy furniture and a new 50" Samsung smart TV. Master bedroom has King bed, 40" flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Adjoining bathroom has jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Bathroom has shower/tub combo. Third bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Adjoining bathroom has shower/tub combo.
ALL common areas of the property INCLUDING POOLS and HOT TUBS are covered by video surveillance for your safety. A code (which you will be provided with) is needed to get into the parking garage and into the building. PLEASE READ OUR REVIEWS!!!

The condo was amazing. There was space for everyone without feeling crowded. The view was great. It was a very relaxing vacation. Mike was very thoughtful—providing all the necessary items (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.). He answered any questions promptly. We definitely enjoyed sitting outside watching the ocean! Would definitely stay here again!!

By far the best condo my family has ever stayed in..

Absolutely wonderful, amazing, beautifully decorated and yet felt like home. They had everything and anything that you would need. The hosts were wonderful, (they are 5 star) we have found our new home away from home for out yearly vacation.

Great home away from home.

This was a great condo. Very clean, very close to the beach, and a great facility. Ages ranged from 3 - 62 in my family, and everyone had a great time. The host was amazing, and very easy to get ahold of. He gave us a great dinner recommendation, and had access to beach chairs and beach toys. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful and comfortable in lovely resort

Everything is perfect in this ocean view condo. Beds and living room furniture incredibly comfy, all appliances high end and in perfect working order. Luxurious linens, and plentiful paper supplies. Very, very clean. Location is fantastic: close to restaurants and other attractions. Mar Vista Grande is a premier resort that is very well maintained, and offers lots of amenities. Host is very kind, communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place, great hosts!

We really enjoyed the stay here from the moment we stepped in the building. The building itself is well maintained/cleaned. The condo was very well kept and furnished. Having all the pools and beach very close by make it very hard to find anything bad to say. Mike had contacted me a week before our stay to see if there were any questions and was a great pleasure to speak with. It really felt like we were in a loving home. Hope to stay again!

Annual NMB Family Vaca

The Hounshell’s condo was as advertised. It was simply terrific, not one stone was left unturned. From the lovely decor to their thoughtful additions of hand soaps, dish pods, paper towels & TP. Like my son said “Mom, just book this place again next year”. Their unit was on the side, but you can also see the ocean. The best of both views!

Amazing View!

We loved the view. It is a corner condo so it overlooks the beach as well as North Myrtle. Very pretty. Mike was a super attentive host. The condo is well stocked and has everything you need for your stay. Mike even lets you use his very nice beach chairs which no other host at Mar Vista has ever provided (i thought this was such a nice touch!). Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay here! The facilities are luxurious and beautiful, well maintained and exactly as described and photographed. The host was helpful and kind, he provided excellent communication and directions. Everyone in the building was friendly and the location in North Myrtle Beach was perfect - great proximity to everything and very safe. The unit is very spacious and had all the amenities. We loved watching the sunrise each morning from the balcony or living room. We definitely recommend this option and hope to stay here again in the future!!

Myrtle Beach Stay April 2025

We highly recommend staying at 1203!!! Amazing communication with Mike the owner and he was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. The condo was bigger than we anticipated and the layout with the kids rooms in a separate hallway helped with the sound for a family of 5. The owners storage unit had plenty of extras if needed (beach chairs/sand toys/boogie boards/extra toilet paper/paper towels). The condo decor/furniture fully met our needs. We highly recommend this condo and couldn’t be happier with our stay!!!! The pool was amazing for the kids and the layout of the indoor/outdoor pool gave the kids endless amount of swimming. The location to Walmart/stores was super convenient! Thank you again Mike for making our third Myrtle Beach vacation memorable and look forward to coming back in the future!!!

Family vacation

My husband and I had previously been to the area, but it was the first time for my girls, their husbands, and my 5 year old grandson. We were impressed and happy with the condo from the moment we walked through the door. The layout was perfect. We never felt like we were “on top” of each other, and each of us having our own bathroom was huge, not only allowing for privacy, but time getting ready for dinner was streamlined. As others have mentioned, everything you could want or need in a rental was there. We enjoyed making breakfast and lunch, and with access to the washer/dryer, won’t have laundry when we get home! The pools, indoor and out, lazy river, were great, and we all enjoyed them, especially my grandson. Beach access was a breeze. Indoor parking under the building was easy and convenient. All that being said, something I appreciated almost as much was the easy and quick check in and check out process, and the prompt communication to any questions I had from Mike. The instructions were very clear and simple. We had a wonderful time and will definitely look to stay here again. I told Mike I will also recommend his place to my friends and family as well. Great family vacation! P.S. Loved all of the family photos on the walls.😊
