Kingston WHP 18C 1st floor Villa w/pool/beach

This villa is located at West Hyde Park in Kingston Resort. It's on the 1st floor with no stairs. It has been renovated with new flooring, paint and kitchen. The bedroom has a King bed and with full sofa pull out in the living room. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $300 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

My previous vacation stays at Kingston Resort were always in buildings on the ocean. This location is very peaceful, all you hear are birds, had amazing sleep here. Appliances and furniture in this unit are nice quality. Place is well set up for longer stays. Bed was the best I’ve slept on.

We were very impressed by the property. It was clean, had everything we needed and more. We loved the ability to use the Smart TV and the up to date appliances. The whole experience was just comfortable. We usually do a lot of sight seeing at the beach, but it was so nice to just relax. Thank you for the excellent service!

This was a great find for our Myrtle Beach vacation! The space was very clean, efficient and fully equipped. The resort had very nice walking paths with easy access to the beach, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It's close to most everything in MB, but not on the main roads - so less traffic and much quieter. The patio looks out onto a pond and open area for very pleasant afternoon cocktails. The decor and furniture were all comfortable and clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent property, very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to all the things Kingston has to offer. Washer and dryer is fantastic. Kitchen is plenty big enough to cook in. Really upsetting that Kingston has made the decision to not allow all guests to use the pools at the Embassy, but that is no reflection of these owners.

This was one of many stays in Kingston Plantation for us but the first time renting a one bedroom. We were not disappointed. It had plenty of space for a couple and we loved the decor. It was tastefully decorated, well cared for and felt very cozy and comfortable. This was a short stay for us and we did not use the kitchen facilities although It was very well stocked if you wanted to prepare meals. I am giving 4 stars for cleanliness because housekeeping missed a dirty pillow in the living room and personal belongings were left in the medicine cabinet. I haven’t had the opportunity to inform the owners yet. Hopefully housekeeping will dispose the items and notify the owners. The St James pool was close by to use but the water was too cloudy for us. It could use a good shock. The days were very hot! All in all we definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to others.

This unit is updated and was very clean. Was a 10- 15 min walk to the beach and pool at the beach. You could also drive to the beach probably 3 minute drive and there was plenty of parking at least that time of the year. Very nice few days. Would book again!
