"This is an amazing place to stay. It is old and while it has everything one requires is not an upscale, modern facility, which is what makes it the treasure that it is. It is full of antiques, old photos and paintings and information about its own history. The player piano serenades for two minutes every hour on the hour throughout the day. The complimentary breakfast was good and staff friendly. It is easy to access and has onsite parking. We enjoyed our two night there."

"You are dealing with a company, and not directly with an owner. I think that accounts for the jump in costs - I had sticker shock! Having said that the place is perfect for families wanting a Kye Bay vacation with easy beach access and space. The home is lovely and well laid out. All my enquiries were answered promptly. All the linens are nice, beds are comfy and kitchen stocked with all the usual dishes and appliances. I appreciated the provided stock of dishwasher pods, washer pods and garbage bags. There are no beach toys, so if you have children bring your own. It was perfect for our holiday and we all enjoyed our stay."

"I stayed three nights with my dog. The room was comfortable and clean while providing everything I needed. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when I asked to extend my stay from one night to three nights. It was amazing to have an evening meal on the restaurant patio overlooking the ocean. The grocery store is well stocked. The other restaurant is also overlooking the ocean and make amazing fish and chips."

"Wow! Absolutely loved this beach house! The stunning views, fresh sea breeze, and beautiful walks on the beach made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. It was also such a wonderful spot to spend quality time with family. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it."
