Hello, I apologize that you stay wasn't what you had hoped for. I did want to inform you that our website does state the pool is an outdoor pool, and for the renovation happening on property is posted on your confirmation email you would have received when booking. I do apologize that you could here the other parties while in your room I will bring this up to the team and see if there is any solution we can come up with to correct this issue.
