Experience a perfect mix of historic elegance and contemporary comfort in our spacious home. The main floor features a seamless open layout, bathed in natural light that highlights the beautiful wood floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for gathering.

* Living & Dining: Relax on plush leather sofas in the cozy living room or share a meal in the bright dining area. For entertainment, enjoy the 55-inch HDTV with streaming services or set the mood with the Alexa/Sonos sound system.

* Gourmet Kitchen: The fully equipped chef`s kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, ready for you to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a celebratory dinner.

* Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Upstairs, you will find four thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, each with its own unique charm, featuring antique-style furniture and nautical touches. Three modern, clean bathrooms ensure comfort for everyone. Two bathrooms feature walk-in glass showers, while the third offers a convenient shower-tub combination.

Perfection- the home was exactly as portrayed, the rooms were beautifully appointed. The location was perfect for our needs. Any questions to our host were addressed promptly! Fantastic stay!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. The house was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to do just a short walk away. The owner was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place!

This is hands down the best VBRO property I have ever rented. The decor is sophisticated, the furniture including the beds are very comfortable. The linens are high quality and plentiful. The arrangement was conducive to gathering both inside and out. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with high end appliances. We cooked several complicated meals, nothing we needed was missing. The ‘basic’ supplies of coffee,tea,sugar and even spices are more and generous. The host,Gerard, was very prompt in communicating. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic Stay!

This property is perfect for enjoying Mystic. It's walking distance to everything and so charming. The hosts are so welcoming and thoughtful. There are starter amenties and it's as close to a hotel or bed and breakfast as you can get for comfort. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing spacious place nearby everything!

My friends and I stayed here for a birthday weekend and really enjoyed ourselves immensely. The property is beautiful, the location is literally perfect (2 mins walk to anywhere in downtown Mystic), and the host - Gerard, was really helpful and kind. Overall we will definitely be returning if we can!

Perfect Family Vacation in Mystic

Wonderful house for a family or group trip to Mystic. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. It’s location is perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants in town. Gerard is a great host - very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Better than advertised!

Our stay in Groton/Mystic was fantastic thanks to this fantastic property! Gerard keeps a pristine home with every charm we could have hoped for. We dined inside and outside, slept comfortably upstairs and down, and enjoyed many walks to town immediately around the corner. We have already started thinking about our next trip north and without question, this home is at the top of the shortest list!

Family Christmas

We had a wonderful week at the Victorian Gem. Lovely home and it provided everything that we needed. The beds are wonderful and the host provided lots of extras to make us feel so special. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommended.
