The cottage was well equipped with kitchen, bathroom and actual cable tv - super important as we traveled over prime football season. We were very comfortable, the area was quiet and very conveniently located near the holiday lights and the waterfront. "

"Perfect home — well laid out with fit and finishes that appeared near brand new and more space than the photos would suggest. We were 8 and stayed comfortably. Place has a nice pool, direct beach access, huge driveway and is near most things.. to top it off he was one the most wonderful and generous hosts we’ve ever encountered. Will be back"
