Built in 1845, this Greek Revival home brims with character - think wavy glass windows, slanted floors, and steep old-world stairs - paired with thoughtful modern updates like fast Wi-Fi, HDTV, and efficient climate control. Its an older place so there are a lot of creaks and squeaks. The only bathroom is on the second floor. We didnt even bother bringing our luggage up the stairs as it was just too heavy and too cumbersome. Love the mini splits but I dont know if there is a way to turn off the display as it lights up the room while sleeping. Great location and walkable to everything.

Great Stay

Very cute stay in a historic house. Great location for downtown and great to have a parking spot. LOVED the porch. Location is louder as the walls are thin. Would stay here again!

This was a beautiful property with a ton of charm and fun details throughout! It's also in a great location - very easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. My kid and I even spontaneously walked the 6 minutes to the drawbridge to see it go up at 40 minutes past the hour. I was also impressed by how well the AC worked in all the different parts of the house and found it easy to use. Thanks for a great stay!

Incredible location for families!

A very, very short walk to historic downtown Mystic, and just down the street from delicious restaurants and cafes! We loved not having to worry about parking and being able to go back and forth between the house and downtown. The house had everything our family needed, and was very comfortable. The floors are very sloped, but that didn’t impact our experience. Lots of stuff for very young kids and Michael and Kevin were wonderful hosts!

Second time for us, staying at this home. Each time we have enjoyed it more. Very clean and comfortable. The location is great, easy to get around. The house itself makes you feel welcomed. The owner is extremely personable and very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a relaxing get away.

Wonderful Weekend with Friends

The house is a very sweet old fashioned cottage but has all the important updates. The living/dining room is large and comfortable so it is great for spending time with friends and family. The host was friendly and the logistics were straight forward. Fantastic location. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful historic home

We loved our stay at this beautiful historic house in Mystic, located within close walking distance to the main street and river. Beds were comfortable and furnishings simple, historic, and tasteful. Be aware if you have mobility issues that, being a 150+ year old house, the floors are quite undulating! Thanks for a lovely experience.

Across the street from the harbor, a short stroll to some of Mystics best eateries — Oyster Club, Rise, and Sift. Antique home with quirky decor, new heat and AC, spacious bath. Great value for money.

Loved our stay in Mystic

Very convenient to everything. This house reflects the true essence of Mystic with it's history and nautical influences. We had everything we needed for our stay. Just a few steps away from Main Street, it was far enough from the traffic and hustle & bustle. We will definitely return to this house for future visits to Mystic!
