"First there was electrical issues in the room we turned all the lights off and the right side lamp kept turning on and off still by the bed. The ice maker was out of service so u had to ask for ice but no one was ever at the counter. The restaurant is definitely more important. Our tv went out in our room and they did nothing just said they would talk to management but never did and never got back to us. I called after we left management said they would send us a free stay they never did. Tried calling again they never called back. They give excuses after excuses this is a horrible place to stay! I highly don’t recommend the customer service is not there!!!!! The bed was not as comfortable as I expected from reviews. It was hard. The place is cute but the parking was all muddy not paved we got stuck luckily we have 4 wheel drive or we would have been stuck. For how expensive and high end they make it seem it was very poorly maintained and ran. Awful valentines weekend. Don’t stay here! "

"The house was perfect. The location was great. The only thing a little complicated is if you have a big party driving separately, you have to find additional street parking. It was fine for us, since it was winter. That’s probably a bigger issue in the busy months. "

"The farmhouse was ideal for our family Christmas week together. We were often crowded into the kitchen together or working on a puzzle on the large dining room table. The beverage room was extremely popular, as was the hot tub. The hosts left some sweets for us and the house was decorated for Christmas everywhere you looked. They had robes for the hot tub and plenty of towels, not to mention slippers for everyone! Very attentive to details! We would definitely stay again. "

"Unfortunately, this property needs an entire makeover. The pictures online are NOT at all representative of the current condition of this house. Everything inside and outside is extremely outdated. The kitchen needs new cabinets and countertops, the sink faucet barely puts sufficient water out of it to clean a dish, the dishes were 6" plastic that appeared to be children's dishes from a beach house. There was NO glass ware, with the exception of a few coffee mugs...everything else was plastic.The house needs new floors throughout, in addition to a new paint job to make it worth the price point that we paid. The lighting throughout the house is very dark and needs upgraded fixtures.The house overall was not very clean and the cleaning company had to come back after the first couple of hours to re-clean the countertops in the kitchen. The exterior of the house needs a lot of attention as well. There are a number of windows with paint on them, torn screens and chipped paint or rotted window trim. The exterior sidewalks and entry ways are in need of repair and new paint. The upstairs master bedroom had a portable air conditioner that blocked one side of the bed and was extremely noisy. The upstairs bathroom is outdated and needs an upgrade. The downstairs /Basement shower and bathroom are outdated and not clean. This is basically a six bedroom house with one bathroom upstairs that is in need of an upgrade. The upstairs bedrooms are very dark and lack sufficient lighting."

"A family member arranged to have a family gathering (all of us from out of town from 2-6 hrs away). We didn’t know the area well and only have one day all together. Typically we meet at a park etc. but not knowing the area made that tough. I was nervous about potential weather issues and was looking for a back up plan that would allow pets. This property ended up being our only plan when my family looked at the listing. My family of 5 and my parents stayed the weekend, but we entertained 30 people for our reunion there. It’s really perfect for this purpose. The weather ended up beautiful, so we were outside most the day, but plenty of room inside if it hadn’t work out. The covered patio was awesome. Nice lighting, a fan, and insect/dirt free area for our oldest family members. Would highly recommend!"
