I had an amazing time at the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Every single staff member from check-in to check out, to buffet dining, fine dining, various bartenders, pool people. Parking was easy and secure. Communication through WhatsApp was very efficient and put me at ease as we were checking in after hours. Rooms were spacious. Space was clean. Some ants on the floor, but didn’t bother us much. Bed was on the firm side. For the price I couldn’t complain.
