The staff at this hotel went beyond the call of duty helping my friend who had a broken ankle and assisting me when I came down sick. In addition, they were always warm, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I plan on returning here every time I visit Prague and will be posting articles on social media and our company website about their level of excellence.

Feels like a Four Seasons- style luxury hotel - but without Four Seasons prices. Lovely elegant room with great bathroom. All the staff were super helpful. Also really appreciated the nightly happy hours and complimentary walking tour of Prague

We loved the hotel, the rooms very very clean, nice size considering EU standard, well kept, very comfortable and the employees were very friendly with impeccable customer service. The area is close to supermarkets and good restaurants, there is a bar next door that seems to be a little noisy but once you are inside the hotel you can not hear anything from outside, the property can only be accessed with your room key, which make us feel very safe. Overall it is a wonderful option to stay in Prague.

Fantastic hotel! I would say one of the best I’ve stayed in. From the main lobby, the lift and the breakfast area.. they are all so well designed and beautiful.. you won’t be disappointed staying here.. go look! The rooms, beds and bathrooms are also perfect for your needs. I should have left all my toiletries as they’re all supplied.. even large luxury robes! Also. A Nice touch is the mini fridge with complimentary water, cold and beer. Staff here are super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast choice is vast and very well laid out. Perfect location for walking out and about. Thanks to all the K+K
