"We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Mallacoota. The house itself was excellent — beautifully presented, comfortable, and in an amazing location.Unfortunately, our original booking coincided with the massive storm that hit the area and we arrived to no power. While that was obviously outside anyone’s control, what really stood out was how incredible Sonia was throughout the situation. She was understanding, communicative, and generously provided us with a full credit to come back another time.We finally returned this past weekend and it was absolutely worth it. The weather was perfect and we got to properly enjoy everything the property and Mallacoota have to offer.A huge thank you to the Sonia for being so fair, accommodating, and easy to deal with. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this property to others."
