Wow, what an absolute gem of a lodge to stay at. Super cool setting nestled in the forest just under Iwatake skifield. Genuine original Japanese ski lodge for a neat authentic experience.
The owners are so friendly and helpful it was nice and quiet and a very short walk to the gondola for snowboarding it is a stunning place and feels like you are at home
It’s very warm in winter with fires going and I was travelling with boys and they loved it
Great location and amazing meals the owners went out of their way to help us as it was our first time in Japan.
Highly recommended this accommodation to everyone when we come back we will stay here again ❤️
Our stay at the lodge was awesome. The people that run it were really cool and helped us get discounts at the ski resort nearby. It’s walking distance to Iwatake ski resort, a ski rental place, and a traditional onsen. Also I highly recommend to reach out to the owners about their food options.
I had a great stay at this lodge. Sean and his family are very friendly and will help you out with anything you need. Very good location if you want to go to Iwatake resort.
