Love that this hotel was a 3 minute walk to the station, very close to dining and shopping. Staff was friendly and nice amenities. Would stay here again for the location!
Nice hotel close to train station. Small Onsen onsite free for guests. Room small but clean and comfortable. Quiet. Professional staff. Just wish they offered breakfast but I knew when I chose this hotel they didn’t have a restaurant. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave though.
Only a three minute walk from Nagano station and bus to the Snow monkey park.
Modern, clean and comfortable rooms for two people.
Good amenities with onsen and massage chairs and easy check in.
1. The cafe which is mentioned in the listing and shown in the photos doesn't exist. It has been closed for 5 years and the space cannot be used by guests. 2. A booking for one adult and one child gets you one towel and they won't give you another. 3. The room and bed photos are not realistic and make them look larger than they are.
Beyond these issues, the hotel is very clean. The onsen is nice. The location is good. The staff are generally good but very rigid in following their rules.
If you don't need anything beyond a bed and the location, it is good.
Close to Nagano Station; clean; cramped for family
Very close to Nagano Station which was convenient for travel to & from Nagano.
Staff were courteous and helpful.
Room was clean with excellent shower but my family of 4 were squeezed into a twin bed room, so minimal room to put luggage & beds are small.
If you're a tall or large person, you would find the beds very small.
This hotel is very convenient at only a 3 minute walk to the station. It’s on the quiet side of the station which makes it nice too. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a natural hot spring on the 2nd floor which is a nice treat after a long day of walking. Lots of good restaurants on the other side of the station. Both my wife and I thought the Livemax was a good deal.
A good business hotel close to the station - just 5min walk. Sad that i could not use the onsen since i was tattoed. Was prepared for it but no prior information about it beforehand. But quite happy with the stay and the staff was very friendly
The hotel is located within reasonable walking distance from the train station. The hotel room was a single double bed for two which was cramped, but it was just for sleeping so it’s doable. There was no open floor area to open a full size suitcase without having to close it every time you need to exit it use the restroom, typical of Japanese hotels. Still a good value for the reasonable prices.
This is an excellent place to stay in Nagano. It’s a short walk from Nagano Station and a short train or bus ride away to most places you’ll want to see. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is quiet, and there are laundry facilities and onsen onsite. Highly recommend!
Great location very close to the station. I used the onsen twice a day, and there were only a few other people on occasion so it was quiet and relaxing. The beds were super wide, the two pushed together were wider than a king and were comfortable. Amazing blackout shades on the window.
