Hotel Metropolitan Nagano is directly connected from Nagano Station which is a gateway to lots of sightseeing spots. Service was impeccable, breakfast abundant and scrumptious, location so central to shopping and dining. The only thing I wish this hotel would have is a spa with public bath/sauna. With cold winter in Nagano, hot bath would make the stay perfect. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel.

Friendly staff and nice location.

Comfortable hotel right by the train station, nice view from the room of the city, friendly staff. The hotel is in a really good location. Only downside is they charge for parking.
