Convenient but small room.

It was comfortable enough but the room was small and we had to be creative to fit in our 2 luggages. Front office was efficient but not necessarily friendly. Included breakfast was good even if it ends fairly early at 8:45 am. Convenient as it was near the Nagano Station.

The place is convenient walking distance to shopping, bus and train stations and restaurants. Clean room, breakfast are good 👍 Front desk staff some are friendly some are not don't great or no personality.

Very basic business hotel. Noisy as you could hear other guests in there rooms and hallway. Bed was uncomfortable and room only cleaned once during a 5 night stay. Breakfast was good but dining area was always crowded . Reception staff friendly but catered more and I the business guests than tourist. Location is fantastic with station and bus terminal near buy and an easy walk to most of Nagano city.

Great Place! Bad Laundry.

Generally very positive. Easy check-in and check-out with helpful staff (not a lot of English, but enough). Bathroom was great, good pressure and heat and the bath-tub was well-big enough for a 6ft man to bathe in (albeit taking a good while to fill up.) The main caveat during our stay was that the hotel only has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, which made for a long, tricky and frustrating evening as the hotel is reasonably large.

Very close to Nagano Station. You exit out of the station. Find the overpass that takes you across to Don Quijote Discount Store. There is an escalator that takes you down to the street level. Turn right. You'll walk past the Alpico Bus Ticket Office. This is where you buy the bus tickets to go to the three shrines in Togakushi (bus number 70, approximately one bus per hour). Keep walking until you see a Chinese restaurant. The hotel is the next building. We had the standard twin room. Room size is OK as expected. Breakfast area is in front of the lifts. The hotel has a business hotel feel to it. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast (probably my second favourite). Of all the places we stayed in on this trip, this is the only place with noodles, five grain rice and Asian greens. The Asian greens were served at room temperature with some special sauce, not plain. The sweet bread roll was very yummy. And if I remembered correctly, it even had apple cider vinegar! It also seemed that if you needed to, you could take breakfast with you as the hotel provided takeaway containers. The soup was already in takeaway containers. We definitely need more than two nights to explore Nagano!

Property was ok however the room we booked was for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. We got there to find 2 single beds and no ability to change or upgrade due to the property being booked out. Also the buffet was very Asian with no western options. We went to a local bakery instead as there wasn't even fruit or cereal or toast as an option
