Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
The food was great, the room was nice and the facilities amazing. The Japanese staff were so nice and helpful but the reason for is less star is the lady at the front desk who was not Japanese was quite rude. Other than that this stay would have been 5 stars all round.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
I went to both their high end restaurants. The bar which charges even hotel guests to go in. Then the Japanese restaurant. It's a one and done. Food and drinks not worth the value.

We enjoyed the location, the second floor amenities, and the clean room. It was a decent stay for a couple. However, the AC in our room never turned on. Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo
Location was great close to the park and the neighborhood was very nice. The front staff were excellent and spoke English. The breakfast was just ok. Really enjoyed the coffee service. Thank you
