"The staff was really helpful and helped me with the lock and ordered a taxi for me. I just use it for one night and I wanted it to be close to the airport. the limited options without a car was a lot less important to me than the nice mattress abd the non smoking policy."

"The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details."

"Impressive lobby and facade of hotel. The good thing about this hotel is there is free bar with drinks and nuts for limited hours for guests. If you are allocated a room at the new wing, then you will have a decent room. Hence, please ensure you pick the room correctly. Walked passed the corridor of the old rooms and it feels wierd as it is such a mismatch. The 5th floor where the washing machine n dryer are placed are so quiet scary. Also it has a stench as there is no ventilation. The little open bath is small and has a short entrance, where you have to bend to get in. The rooms were heated via central controlat this time of the year. Thankfully, the staff helped to turn it off for our room, but still we felt hot and had to open the window to cool the room. Maybe the hotel should not be controlling the temperature of the room centrally as everyone has different preference and tolerance for heat or cold. "
