South Nags Head offers relatively quieter beaches in comparison to the main areas of Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills of NC, and 386, "SophieBell," is located in one of the quieter parts of South Nags Head! With no homes on the west side of the beach road in this location, these South Nags Head Ocean-Side Rental Homes enjoy beach access shared by only a few other houses!

This OBX Ocean-Side Rental offers a very unique layout, providing the common areas on the right-side of the household, with all bedrooms laid out on the Southern section. The three bedrooms, including one Queen Bedroom with private bathroom access, offer a variety of bedding options to accommodate various family sizes. With a back deck allowing for gorgeous sunset views, private front patio/entranceway hidden by a large evergreen, and a spacious yard and parking area for outside entertainment, your family will have plenty of options when not spending time on the beach.

As for the beach, it's only four lots from this home! The open beaches of South Nags Head allow your family to stretch out in the sand, and the endless reach of the Atlantic allows for ocean activities and amazing fishing!

Being located in South Nags Head, this ocean-side rental home is only minutes from sites like the Bodie Island Lighthouse, Oregon Inlet, and 4x4 beaches, while the main part of Nags Head offers a wide variety of restaurants, golf (including miniature golf), an outlet mall, and more!

** To keep rental costs down, this OBX home does not provide linens. However, a linen package can be provided for an extra fee. Please contact Cove Realty of Nags Head for more information on this home's linen rental package. Also, Cove Realty is a Green company that limits excessive waste. As such, linens, toiletry items, cleaning supplies, and so forth, are not supplied at the rental home, so please be mindful to bring these with you or be ready to purchase upon arrival to the Outer Banks.
